A new patent of Jinhe Bio-Tec called “a new method of Docetaxel synthesis” was published.

This patent created a new method to synthesize Docetaxel. There are three

steps and it contains protection, ester condensation and hydrolysis with 10-

Deacetyl baccatin III as starting material and chiral Docetaxel C13 Side chain for pacltaxel & docetaxel

as supplementary materials. Docetaxel is synthesized by these three steps.

It is one of the most simple and economical method to synthesize
