Taxus is a treasure in nature entitled as “gold in plants”, and is well noted as endangered plants.
According to Convention on International Trade in Endangered Species of Wild Flora and Fauna (CITES), The PRC Forestry Administration and the Endangered Species Import and Export Office have joined hands in implementing inspection system and registration system in respect of the trading of Taxus and its products.
